Today, to finish up my last week in Utah, I went for sushi for the first time since I have been here (minus ordering in for lunch one day). We went to the Happy Sumo. Maggie asked, what is SAKE (as in heaven’s sake) and why is there so much of it on the menu. She was serious. This is why I love her.
We had a nice ensemble… some Tuna Tataki, Sake, some rolls with crab, eel, octopus, tuna, and shrimp. Yum. And the pounds keep a comin.
