Ahhhhhhhh.... there was a full moon this week and I took full advantage. After work and blowing off the gym (due to hospital visit last week, not because I was *really* blowing it off) I got home and walked the doggies. That's when I saw the moon hanging over the city like it does in the movies. I hurried inside, because I normally miss the shot since the moon actually moves pretty quickly through the sky. Grabbed my camera and walked over to the water. The shots didn't turn out as well as I wanted but they didn't turn out bad either.
Afterwards, I treated myself to a salad in the neighborhood. I have been trying to be good and eat at home. But it had been about two weeks or so since I ate out.. so I felt justified. I had my camera with me since I had been trekking around taking moon pictures. Glenn, my friend in the hood, was working at the restaurant as usual. He wanted to see how the camera worked so here is his pic.
