Bowling in the City

Tonight I went bowling with my old CoWorkers in the city.
Muchos Kamikaze shots and a beer tower- what a great mix. We tore it up, then headed over to the arcade. My buddy Tammie and I decided to kick some 14 year olds off the dance revolution machine and show 'em how it's supposed to be done. Yevi got picked up on by a 13 year old. Priceless. You should see the video of the dance revolution. It's even better than the picture.

Geek Alert

I am a complete nerd. I sit here at my favorite neighborhood restaurant, talking to my favorite neighborhood bartender about electronic blogging. I am such a complete nerd that I have to show him how I mobile blog. Wow. That is so special. Find me tomorrow on the short bus.

Swimmin With the Neighbors at 2am

The night started off simple enough...Jenn and I decided to go to Hoboken. Well, Hoboken wasn't all that great, so we hung our heads and headed back to JC. But, when we got here it seemed like a pretty good party was going on at the Iron Monkey. So, we decided to stop off for a night cap. Walked up the stairs, and who did we run into - Ken, our neighbor. He was seated at the table with another neighbor, Abe. Then, in walked another one of our male neighbors, Jeremy. After chiding them for not inviting us yet for the summer to go swim in their pool, we got an invitation. So, we grabbed our bikinis and headed over to their place. Snuck into the pool in the middle of the night and had a great time swimmin in the pool, dunking each other, doing all that stupid stuff that semi-intoxicated people do. Good times. Got home at dawn and it was all good. Lovely picture of me the next morning getting coffee. I'm trying to be cool.

White Trash Party

Today was interesting. My friend from Taiwan who now lives in Arizon came to visit. I showed her some of the sites in the city. And, I did a good deed today and helped a blind man to the bus stop. He had a sweet seeing eye dog that I wanted to pet, so then I ended up helping him. He was a young guy, and asked me for my phone number. I thought it was funny. The guy has no idea what I look like...Strange to think that someone would just like you for who you are?? Go figure. I also ate chocolates on the train platform. My friend from Taiwan brought them for me and I couldn't even wait until I got home to open them. Do you think that means I have a problem?

Later, Jenn and I went to our new friend, Justin's, White Trash Party on the peninsula. Trucker hats, burned clothing, fake baby tossing contests, hot dogs, PBR and all kinds of fun stuff. We had a good time, played Volleyball and got a little tanked.

Consequently, I randomly met a girl who's blog I have been reading for a while. Small world. I think she is cool.

Train Blogging

I forgot to bring my book with me so now i am bored on the train. i want to make a blanket statement about mobile blogging. i should be excused from capitalization and proper punctuation while mobile blogging. i am officially excusing myself.

just want to put in another plug about technology. jenn is sitting next to me watching the tv show "lost" on my ipod. completely amazing to me what people can do on the subway. it is no wonder new yorkers seem to be so friendly. we have all these gadgets to keep us occupied and prevent us from noticing some of the annoyances that would have bothered us before. technology has stifiled irritation. go figure!
